Wes Aderhold is a New York–based contemporary figurative artist.
He builds reassembled, soft-Cubist paintings that hold the performed self and the present self in one image—drawing and paint left visible to explore identity from suburb to social feed. His practice keeps revisions visible—an accessible, art-historically grounded approach to how we present ourselves and who remains.
